halloween tradition #3

Of the few family Halloween traditions...pumpkin carving is the favorite. We all had fun pulling out the insides and carving each of ours into our own style. Definitely a fun tradition with the kids.

Crafts...

Yesterday we had a halloween craft day. I'm not an overly crafty person but I knew the kids would have a fun time with it. It turned out to be really fun!

Reese with her cupcakes she was so excited to decorate with candy corn. And of course Wyatt making sure he was in the shot as well.

Pumpkin Patch trip

We have been stuck in the house for a few days being sick and I could tell that it was getting to the kids when Reese decided to make her and her brother kittys with a marker. We were all starting to feel better so we decided to make a trip to pick out some pumpkins last night.

It was totally worth it, the kids had so much fun.

Despite Reese beautiful art work, they sure do look pretty cute.

Random...

Well, I have been wanting to post but it just doesn't seem like anything interesting has happened in our lives, at least not yet. So I thought I would copy of few of my good friends and give you a random list about me, so here goes:
1. My best friend is my mom and I hate that she lives so far away from me.
2. I love being a mom but it really is the hardest job I have ever had, but I wouldn't change it for the world.
3. I have a serious shoe fedish, I have over 40 pairs, I think this may be a problem.
4. I absolutely hate oweing people money or caring any debt.
5. I love staying up with my kids when they are sick, not the sick part but the snuggle, need me part.
6. I use to ice skate competitively when I was young and I'm nervous to take Reese because I know she will love it and it is way too expensive of a hobby.
7. I love having places to go, people to see, and things to do.
8. I work well under pressure or having a deadline.
9. I wish I was more creative like my family, dad-photography and artist, mom-florist, bro#1-web design, bro#2-musician and artist
10. love that my kids will eat fruits and veggies.
11. I only like to drink water if it is ice cold.
12. I have way too many nicknames to count.
13. my husband tells me I always get my way and I kind of like it that way.
14. I am alot older than I look.
15. I love cooking and baking.
16. I am a touch obessive/compulsive...when it comes to cleaning.
17. my latest quest is to figure out how to really use my new camera
18. I love movie soundtracks...still can't figure out why
19. I really sentimental...Reese wore the same blessing dress that I wore, I save everything that could possibly mean someting.
